Candidates are responsible for conducting reasonable due diligence before accepting employment.

10. Marketplace & Commercial Activities

Where commercial features are available, users must not:

Engage in deceptive business practices.
Publish misleading pricing.
Misrepresent products or services.

Social University may remove listings that violate this Policy.

11. Privacy

Users must respect the privacy of others.

You must not:

Use Platform data for unauthorized marketing.

12. Security

Users must not:

Attempt unauthorized access.

Any such activity may result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

13. Artificial Intelligence & Automation

Create fake accounts.
Manipulate rankings.
Scrape Platform content.

Authorized API usage must comply with our applicable policies.

14. Reporting Violations

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.

Knowingly submitting false reports may itself constitute a violation of this Policy.

15. Enforcement
