Recruiters are solely responsible for job postings.

Candidates are responsible for verifying employers before accepting offers.


8. Courses & Learning

Course providers are solely responsible for:

  • Course quality

  • Accuracy

  • Certifications

  • Learning outcomes

Completion of any course does not guarantee employment.


9. Events

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Event quality

  • Scheduling

  • Venue

  • Safety

  • Refunds

  • Cancellations

Social University acts only as a technology platform unless expressly stated.


10. Marketplace & Services

Where applicable:

  • Buyers and sellers transact directly.

  • Social University is not a party to any agreement.

  • We are not responsible for product quality, delivery or warranties unless expressly provided by us.


11. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

Social University does not store card information.

Applicable taxes shall be charged as required by law.


12. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by our Refund Policy.

Certain digital products, subscriptions, memberships and downloadable content may be non-refundable.


13. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs and content created by Social University remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Users shall not:

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Social University during the preceding twelve (12) months, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social University, its owners, directors, employees and affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Fraudulent activities


22. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations

  • Illegal activity

  • Fraud

  • Spam

  • Security concerns

  • Court or government orders

Termination may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary.


23. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
